Each chain feeder was identical to each other and utilizes common components throughout, the original gearbox and motor was to be re-used.
We carried out on-site surveying works, followed by a full design proposal on Solid Works 3D CAD software.
Following approval the feeder chains were manufactured.
Each feeder unit was to be installed by Philfords, this was to take place over a period of months to fall in line with the customer’s requirements.
The installations took place as planned with no accidents or incidents and are running without any issues.
