Philford Design Engineers were approached by BJD Crushers Ltd to manufacture and assemble a complete 1011 Flexmill Crusher.
The design team supported BJD's supplied manufacturing drawings by producing comprehensive 3D drawings to assist the manufacturing process. The scope of supply was fully project managed by Philfords and included drawing works, the complete fabrication, machining and sub-contract painting / finishing works. On completion of manufacturing the crusher was fully assembled in our fitting shops in preparation for testing and commissioning. An extensive commissioning program was followed to ensure all running tolerances were correct and also included a bearing temperature analysis at 15min intervals. Philford worked with BJD Crushers own engineers throughout to deliver the successful completion of the project.
