Philfords commitment to training has born fruit, with Tom Ashton (pictured recieving his award from the Mayor of Rotherham) recieving the Apprentice Welder/Fabricator of the year award. Chris Hadley & Ashley Rhodes gained Distinctions in their ONC Mechanical Engineering Course.

Well done Lads keep up the good work.
